How to use the VPF.com Search Tool

     You may be interested to know that this site has really cool search techniques. For example, if you are interested in a subarea like Kerrisdale, at the "Select An Area:" box of the home page, down arrow to expose all the areas. Next, select Kerrisdale. Now select the box below called: "Map My Results". Next at the Map Search page select the box in the upper right called, "Hybrid". Now the cool part. Click on the scale to the left to zoom in. You should now see a Google map with street names defined allowing you to look for properties in an area by a park, or on a certain street. Let's say you want to find out the price of the house that just listed down the street. Place the cursor (now a hand on the map) and drag it to your block. Et viola! Isn't that cool?
