Your next visit to the lawyer

     As a real estate purchase develops, the buyer goes through various stages. First the buyer finds the property, usually with the help of the realtor, next the deal is negotiated hopefully to an acceptance, then the diligence phase reviews the pending purchase in detail, and finally the decision to buy. Once the subjects are released, it is time to visit a lawyer. We have prepared a video with lawyer Ron Usher of Bell Alliance who talks about the experience. Ron is second from the left below:
