Fraser is a sub-area east of the Main area. Fraser Street is the north-south arterial. Like the Commercial Drive area's moniker of Little Italy, a portion of Fraser Street is called Little India. The housing mix is single family on grid street patterns. Like most areas within the city, there is a wide range of cultural diversity here. Families and renters predominate.
